Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email notifying of your purchase. Orders are generally processed and shipped in 24 to 48 hours. When your purchase order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us informing your tracking number.

If an item is not in stock we will notify you via e-mail with the approximate ship date. You will have the option to cancel if the date is unacceptable.

 

Return Policy

To ensure customer satisfaction, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DiamondToolsDepot.com, simply ship it back to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price. (Items should be unused)

Please note the original and return shipping and handling charge will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under all circumstances.

Exceptions:

If you use, crash or break the item it is not covered by our standard *30 warranty. **All items must be unused for refund.

2. Reason for the return.
3. If the product is defective, please describe briefly the problem of the product.

5. Address to ship back the product to.
6. Your current email address and phone number.

Defective or Wrong Item
If you believe a product was shipped in error from DiamondToolsDepot.com, or was defective, or damaged in transit, please contact us at order@dpttools.com, we promise to solve any issue.
